Yes we are both licensed and insured. We are a registered licensed builder through BC Housing.
What payments do you accept?
Cheques or E-transfers
How long will my project take to complete?
Time depends on the scope of every project. Every project can be different but 1 thing they all will have in common is the the time and effort it takes to pre plan out every aspect of the job before we put boots on the ground.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes we use sub trades for certain aspects of our jobs. All of our Subtrades have their own insurance and provide us with copies every year.
Is there a warranty on the materials?
Yes, we provide a full complete all inclusive 1 year warranty on all projects covering labour and materials.
For New Homes or Large Scale Renovations we also provide a 2-5-10 year warranty program through Travelers Warranty.
2 years: Distribution Systems (Heating, Electrical, Plumbing)
5 years: Building Envelope (Roof, Exterior Walls)
10 years: Structural (Framing, Foundation)
What is the payment schedule?
Payment schedules can vary with each job. The schedule is clearly laid out at the time of Construction Contract Signing.
Will I need permits?
Permits are required for most projects. We take care of the whole permit process dealing directly with the cities on your behalf. Cosmetic upgrades do not need permits, such as flooring, painting etc…
Can we use my own materials?
We prefer that we supply and install of materials for your project. This way we can assure our warranty on all products for your project.
Can we hire my own sub-contractors?
We prefer to use our own trades as we have built a long standing relationship with them, they follow our construction schedule and do everything possible to minimize any potential delays.Our Sub trades know and provide our high level of customer service we provide to our clients.
